(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1496.01, and a provision of State law, the State law shall control.
(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1496.01, and a provision of a local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the provision of the International Property Maintenance Code shall control.
(c) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1496.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City by reference, the stricter or higher standard shall control.
