1488.01 COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSING CODE.

No person shall operate a rooming house, or shall occupy or let to another for occupancy any rooming unit in any rooming house, except in compliance with the provisions of every section of this Housing Code, except the provisions of Section 1484.01 and Sections 1486.01 through 1486.07.
