1478.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to comply with Section 1478.07(e), 1478.08(e) or 1478.10(b) shall be subject to a civil forfeiture of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day. The fine shall be assessed until such time as correct information is received and verified by the Public Safety and Service Director.
