Enforcement of the provisions of these Regulations is limited to a judicially-imposed injunction or other appropriate relief, including court-ordered implementation of sediment control measures. However, nothing herein contained shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
