1476.23 INSPECTION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
   (a)   The Madison Soil and Water Conservation District may inspect development areas to determine compliance with these Regulations. I~ it is determined that a violation of these Regulations exists, the owner or his or her appointed representative shall be notified of the deficiencies or non-compliance by the approving agency in writing by certified mail. If, within two weeks after receipt of such letter, the deficiency or non-compliance has not been corrected or the plans have not been approved by the approving agency for its correction, said deficiency or non-compliance shall be reported to the Law Director for consideration.
   (b)   If the Safety-Service Director determines that a violation exists and requests the Law Director, in writing, to take action, the Law Director shall seek an injunction or other appropriate relief to abate excessive erosion and sedimentation and to secure compliance with these Regulations. In granting relief, the court may order the construction of sediment control improvements or implementation of other control measures.
   (c)   A final inspection shall be made to determine if the criteria of these Regulations have been satisfied.
