1474.04 RULES, REGULATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

The Building Inspector shall adopt rules, regulations and specifications for the construction and repair within the City of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and driveways across sidewalks. Copies of these rules, regulations and specifications shall be furnished free to property owners and contractors.
