The application for a permit under this chapter shall contain a statement showing the location of such proposed sidewalk, curb, gutter or driveway and the name and address of the owner of the premises involved, and such other information as the Building Inspector may require. Separate permits must be obtained for each separate lot or parcel of ground, except in the case where contiguous lots or parcels are owned by the same person or firm.
