(a) The existing Historic District boundaries are shown on the maps attached to original Ordinance 192-97, passed September 4, 1997, as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference. The Historic District includes all properties within such boundaries and all properties fronting on the opposite side of the street or adjacent to any property within the Historic District, listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior, and any amendments thereto.
(b) Property fronting on the opposite side of the boundary street or adjacent to any property within the Historic District shall only be reviewed and regulated to such degree as to be reasonably compatible with those properties within the Historic District boundary.
