The intent of this chapter is to change the existing ordinances within the Historic District. Therefore, this chapter repeals any existing ordinance only within the Historic District. This is not meant to repeal or invalidate any other ordinance regulating building facades, appurtenances, fixtures, signs and awnings, etc.
If there is a conflict between this chapter and any other ordinance, this chapter will prevail within the Historic District.
