The provisions of this Building Code apply to the construction of prefabrication, alteration, repair, use, occupancy and maintenance of detached one, two or three-family dwellings, as well as all other buildings allowed to be regulated by the Ohio Basic Building Code should the City of London comply with State regulations to allow the City to inspect commercial buildings on a local basis.
