The Zoning Administrator shall issue a revocation notice to revoke a permit (or to revoke an administrative approval) that was issued contrary to this Zoning Code or that was issued based upon false information, misrepresentation in the application or other wrongful basis (as stated in the revocation notice). Such a revocation notice may be appealed to the Board.
