Subsequent to his or her determination that work is being done contrary to this Zoning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall write a stop work order and post it on the premises involved. Removal of a stop work order, except by the order of the courts or the Zoning Administrator, shall constitute a violation of this Zoning Code.
