1242.14 COMPLAINTS REGARDING VIOLATIONS.

Whenever a violation of this Zoning Code occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint. Such complaint shall state fully the causes and basis of the complaint and shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator shall record properly such complaint, immediately investigate it and take prompt action on it, as provided by this Zoning Code.
