(a) If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Zoning Code is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Zoning Code as a whole, or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid.
(b) All conflicting ordinances, all amendments thereto, and any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Zoning Code, are hereby repealed.
