(a) The City Street Department offers the prepaid service of chipping brush placed at curbside by residents of the City.
(b) "Brush" means prunings, trimmings, fallen branches, not exceeding four inches in diameter, removed from trees and shrubs on the premises of the resident using the service. "Brush" does not include grass clippings, trees or logs.
(c) Chips may be kept by the resident upon request.
