1060.07 BURNING OF SOLID WASTE IN INCINERATORS.
   Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, a householder of a single-family or twin-single residential premises may burn wastepaper, boxes, brush, dry grass, weeds, cuttings from trees, lawns and gardens and other material capable of being completely consumed in an incinerator, within the City during the daylight hours in incinerators which are so constructed that sparks and burning brands sufficient in size to ignite nearby buildings and combustible materials are not emitted therefrom.
