Electricity
EDITOR'S NOTE: The City contracts with Ohio Edison, Inc., for electric service. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   Ordinance 216-00, passed January 18, 2001, authorized the Safety/Service Director to enter into a contract with Shell Energy to provide electric service to the City under the planned aggregation as provided for in the Operation and Goverance Plan. Copies of the ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   Ordinance 103-01, passed January 18, 2001, adopts the City's Plan of Operation and Governance for the implementation and administration of the City's municipal aggregation program in accordance with Ohio R.C. 4928.20(C). Copies of the ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   There are no sections in Chapter 1054. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
