1046.23 VIOLATIONS.

(a) No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or any permit condition, discharge wastewater which causes pollution or violate any cease and desist order, prohibition, effluent limitation or pretreatment or toxicity standard under this chapter.

(b) No person shall create a public nuisance, as provided in Section 1046.15.
