1046.17 FALSIFYING INFORMATION; TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM.

No person shall make any false statement or representation on any record, report, plan or other document filed with the Superintendent. No person shall tamper with or render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this chapter.
