(a) The Board of Public Utilities shall do all maintenance of the water service piping located between the water main in the street and the outlet side of the water meter which shall be located behind the curb.
(b) If the water meter is not located at the curb, the City's responsibility will end at the outlet side of the curb stop or other control valve which is located between the curb and the back side of the sidewalk.
(c) The funds to pay for such maintenance shall come from the Other Operating Fund of the Water Department.
