1022.02 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Large trees" means trees attaining a height of forty-five feet or more.
   (b)   "Medium trees" means trees attaining a height of thirty to forty-five feet.
   (c)   "Municipality" means the City of London, County of Madison, State of Ohio.
   (d)   "Park" means and includes all public parks having individual names.
   (e)   "Person" means any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
   (f)   "Property line" means the outer edge of a street or highway.
   (g)   "Property owner" means a person owning property as shown by the County Auditor's Plat of the County.
   (h)   "Public places" means and includes all grounds owned by the City.
   (i)   "Public trees" means and includes all shade and ornamental trees now or hereafter growing on any street or public area or where otherwise indicated.
   (j)   "Small trees" means trees attaining a height of twenty to thirty feet.
   (k)   "Street" or "highway" means the entire width of every public way or right of way when any part thereof is open to the use of the public, as a matter of right, for purposes of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
   (l)   "Tree lawn" means that part of a street or highway, not covered by a sidewalk or other paving, lying between the property line and that portion of the street or highway usually used for vehicular traffic.
