870.03 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AND OTHER FUEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Only approved safety containers labeled for the specific fuel shall be used.
   (b)   All engines, equipment and appliances shall be shut-off prior to refueling.
