806.11 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES; APPEALS; BOARD OF REVIEW. 
   The Safety-Service Director may suspend or revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter for a direct or indirect violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. If the Director suspends or revokes a license, the owner may, within ten days, appeal such suspension or revocation to the Mayor. If the Mayor upholds such suspension or revocation, the owner may appeal to a Board of Review within ten days from the Mayor's decision, such Board to consist of one member of Council, the Director of Law and a citizen to be appointed by the President of Council. The decision of the Board shall be final.
