660.135 TOBACCO AND OTHER PRODUCTS PROHIBITED IN CITY FACILITIES.
   (a)   As used in this section, "City facility" means any enclosed area, such as a building or motor vehicle.
   (b)   The smoking of tobacco, and the use of any tobacco product or any illegal illicit substance, is hereby prohibited in any City facility.
