(a) No person shall park his or her motor vehicle in the downtown Main and High Street district from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period greater than two hours at a time, Monday through Friday. The two-hour time limitation shall be on Main Street from High Street on the north to Center Street on the south and on High Street from Union Street on the east to Madison Road on the west.
(b) No person shall park his or her motor vehicle in the downtown Main and High Street district from the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. for a greater period of time than two hours at a time without a permit.
