432.44 DAMAGE OR REMOVAL OF WARNING DEVICES.

No person who is aware that he or she has removed or damaged any barrier, light or other warning device, or has extinguished any light, shall fail to stop and immediately replace such barrier or other warning device, or relight such light, if extinguished, or in lieu thereof shall fail to immediately notify the Police Department that such barrier, light or other warning device has been damaged, removed or extinguished.
