244.02 STREET SUPERINTENDENT.

(a) There is hereby established in the Department of Public Service the position of Street Superintendent, who shall be appointed by the Safety-Service Director, and who shall receive a salary payable as provided in the current compensation or salary ordinance.

(b) The Street Superintendent shall receive the same uniform allowance as his or her employees receive.
