(a) The Police Chief shall receive a uniform allowance equal to a Police Sergeant's uniform allowance per the contract in effect for the year in question.
(b) The Fire Chief shall receive a uniform allowance equal to that of all fire-fighters per the contract in effect for the year in question.
(c) All firearms and other special equipment, as deemed necessary by the chiefs of either department, shall be provided by the City and shall remain the property of the City.
