234.05 COPS FAST NO. 2 FUND.
   (a)   The City hereby establishes a COPS FAST No. 2 Fund for receiving monies from the COPS FAST Grant.
   (b)   The Auditor is hereby directed to obtain approval from the proper State authority to establish said Fund.
