In addition to the compensation set forth in the current salary ordinance, the Auditor shall be entitled to participate, at the same cost as stipulated in Section 260.05(a)(1), in the medical and hospitalization program provided for City employees under Section 260.05. Such medical and hospitalization insurance shall cover the spouse and/or children, if any, of such Auditor, and the employer’s share of the premium for such insurance shall be paid out of funds to be appropriated for such purpose.
