Council shall hold two regular meetings each month. The meetings shall occur on the first and third Thursdays of each and every month at 6:30 p.m. All meetings of Council shall occur in Council Chambers in the City Building located at 20 South Walnut Street, London, Ohio, 43140, or any other location with a 24-hour notice.
