(a) The Clerk or City Administration shall electronically post and/or print a statement of the time and the place of regular meetings of each municipal body for each month not later than the first day of each month. If any meeting is changed, a statement of the time and place of such changed meeting shall be electronically posted by the Clerk at least twenty-four hours before the time of the changed meeting.
(b) The Clerk or City Administration shall electronically post and/or print a statement of the time and place of any organizational meeting of a Municipal body at least twenty-four hours before the time of such organizational meeting.
(c) Upon the adjournment of any regular or special meeting to another day, the Clerk or City Administration shall promptly post notice of the time and place of such adjourned meeting.
