The boundaries of the Third Ward shall be as follows:
Starting at the intersection of High Street and Walnut Street, south on Walnut to First Street, east on First Street to School Street, School Street south to the railroad tracks, to the western boundary of the City, following the western boundary of the City around to the south and to the western edge of the City at Center Street and Midway, east on Center Street to Main, north on Main Street to High Street, High Street east to Walnut Street.
