§ 157.239 COMPLAINTS REGARDING AMUSEMENT ARCADES.
   (A)   Any resident of the city may submit a written notice of complaint regarding the operation of any amusement arcade to the Zoning Inspector. The notice of complaint shall include the name and address of the complainant, the address of the location of the amusement arcade and the specific reasons why the individual is complaining.
   (B)   If the Zoning Inspector determines, after interviewing both the complainant and the amusement arcade operator, that the specific reasons in the complaint appear to be proper grounds for suspension or revocation of the conditional use permit, he shall refer the matter to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
