§ 157.235 MAINTENANCE OF A NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be the obligation of the amusement arcade operator to maintain peace and quiet in and about the premises. Failure to maintain peace and quiet shall constitute a nuisance which shall be a minor misdemeanor.
