Land and buildings in the Residential Manufactured Home Park District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Manufactured homes (mobile homes) equipped with a waterflushed toilet, lavatory and bath or shower facilities.
(B) A permanent dwelling for one family, and office and maintenance facilities for the operators of the manufactured home park.
(C) Such other facilities, including recreation, as may be provided for the use and the amenities of the occupants of the manufactured home park, provided such facilities are an approved part of the Development Plan.
