(A) Outdoor storage or parking of backhoes, bulldozers, well rigs, and other similar construction equipment, other than equipment temporarily used for construction upon the site, shall not be permitted within any residential district.
(B) The storage of tools, landscaping instruments, household effects, machinery or machinery parts, empty or filled containers, boxes or bags, trash and similar items in a residential district shall be placed and stored as to be concealed from view. These provisions do not apply to items placed at the road right-of-way line on regular trash collection days for a period of 24 hours prior to pick up.
