(A) The Official and Supplementary Schedule of Permitted Uses and Dimensional Requirements, hereafter referred to as the Official Schedule, or Supplementary Schedule as contained in Appendix 1 of this chapter is hereby adopted.
(B) The Official Schedule specifies which uses are permitted and conditionally permitted in the zoning districts established in §§ 157.102 to 157.112 of this chapter. Any use not specifically listed as either permitted or conditionally permitted shall be a prohibited use in the appropriate zoning district and shall only be permitted upon rezoning of the land in question or the amendment of this chapter as provided in §§ 157.058 to 157.059 of this chapter or upon a finding that a use is substantially similar as provided in §§ 157.054 to 157.056 of this chapter. The number in parenthesis following the specific use in the official schedule depicts the use classification category of the listed use as established in § 150.119 of this chapter. The number in the "page no. " column following any conditionally permitted use in the official schedule shows the page number in this chapter where the specific criteria for the conditionally permitted use are listed in § 157.131 of this chapter. Conditional uses are permitted following the procedures and requirements specified in §§ 157.048 to 150.053 of this chapter.
(C) The Official and Supplementary Schedule also contains the major dimensional requirements for all uses within the appropriate district. No building, structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, or structurally altered unless it is in conformity with all dimensional requirements specified in the Official or Supplementary Schedule, or in other sections of this chapter, unless a variance has been granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
