The purpose of the Multi-Family Residential District is to provide areas for the development of well planned higher density multi-family residential neighborhoods for residential structures for three or more families and for apartments or condominiums. Central water and sewer facilities are required, and in most cases the development shall develop appropriate open space or recreational facilities in conjunction with the residential structures.
