The purpose of the Single and Two Family Residential District (R-2-B) is to provide areas for the development of medium high density residential neighborhoods with single and two family dwellings permitted and three family dwellings permitted as conditional uses. These neighborhoods must be served by central water and sewer facilities and must include lots of record platted prior to January 1, 1985.
