§ 157.104 SINGLE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-2).
   The purpose of the Single and Two Family Residential District is to provide areas for the development of medium density residential neighborhoods for single and two family dwellings. These neighborhoods must be served by central water and sewer facilities.
