§ 157.069 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS BY COUNCIL.
   If the proposed amendment intends to rezone or redistrict ten or fewer parcels, as listed on the tax duplicate, written notice of the hearing shall be mailed by the Clerk of Council, by first class mail, at least 20 days before the date of the public hearing to all owners of property within 200 feet of the property in question and to such others as the Council determines should receive notice. Notices to individual property owners should contain the same information as required of notices published in the newspaper. In addition, Council shall make all papers relating to the amendment open to public inspection in the office of the Clerk for period of not less than 30 days prior to the public hearing as specified in § 157.067.
