§ 157.062 PUBLIC HEARING BY COMMISSION.
   The Commission shall schedule a public hearing after the adoption of its motion, transmittal of a resolution from the City Council or the filing of an application for zoning amendments. The hearing shall be not less than 20 or more than 40 days from the date of adoption of its motion, transmittal of a resolution, or the filing of an application.
