§ 157.056 EFFECT OF DETERMINATION THAT A USE IS SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR.
Should a use be determined to be substantially similar to a specific use provided for in this chapter it shall then be permitted in the same manner and under the same conditions and procedures as the specific use it has been found to be substantially similar to is permitted. The purpose of this section is to provide relief to persons whose proposed uses are not specifically listed in this chapter, but are so similar to uses that are permitted that they should be regulated in the same manner as uses that are permitted and listed in this chapter without the necessity of requesting an amendment.
