(A) Every applicant, upon being issued a license, shall pay a license fee for the privilege of operating or maintaining for operation the mechanical amusement device, skee ball bowling alley, shuffleboard, or game of skill or chance, as defined in § 118.01. The license fee, which shall be for six months or one year, shall be renewable upon the expiration of the primary term, and shall run from July 1 to December 31, from January 1 to June 30, or from July 1 to June 30. The fee for 6 months shall not exceed $50 per applicant and shall be as follows:
(1) The first 5 units $5.00 each
(2) Above (5) units 2.50 each with a maximum of $25.00
(B) The fee for 1 year shall not exceed $100 per applicant and shall be as follows:
(1) The first (5) units $10.00 each
(2) Above 5 units 5.00 each with a maximum of $50.00
