§ 115.19 REVOCATION FOR USE OF UNLICENSED DRIVER.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of any taxicab knowingly to permit the same to be driven for hire by anyone who is not licensed in conformity with the requirements of this chapter. In the event that such a vehicle is so driven, the director of public service and safety shall revoke the vehicle license for the vehicle concerned.
