§ 93.04 SHADE TREE DISTRICT.
   For the purpose of controlling blight and disease of shade trees within public rights of way, and for planting, maintaining, trimming and removing shade trees in and along the streets of the city, there is hereby established one district, which shall include all of the territory within the corporate boundaries of the city.
