(A) The Council of the City of Logan hereby adopts the Incident Command System (ICS) as the official incident response system for the City of Logan, Hocking County, Ohio.
(B) The Hocking County standard operating procedures - incident command shall be the guidelines fo the incident command for the City of Logan.
(C) All incident managers and organizations within the City of Logan shall train, exercise, and use the ICS in their response operations.
(D) All organizations shall integrate the ICS into their functional and system-wide emergency operations policies, plans, and procedures.
