(A) The bronze plate set on the sill of the basement window of Hul's Building on East Main Street ½ block east of Hocking County Court House indicating a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey elevation of 740.64 feet is established as an official bench mark for the city.
(B) All grades established hereafter for city streets, sidewalks, and utilities shall have reference to official datum planes based upon the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey. ('59 Code, § 105.02)
