§ 31.27 MUNICIPAL UTILITIES OFFICES MERGED.
   (A)   The appointive offices of Municipal Water, Sewer and Light Commissioner are hereby combined and merged, in accordance with the authority granted to the Village Board of Trustees by § 31.21.
   (B)   The offices so merged and combined shall always be construed to be separate and the effect of the combination or merger shall be limited to a consolidation of official duties only.
   (C)   The salary of the officer holding the merged offices shall not be in excess of the maximum amount provided by law for the salary of the offices so combined.
